The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly efficient, and professional manner Perform complex and varied clerical duties related to processing andmaintaining student records. Is responsible for all aspects of student attendance accounting including registering students, posting program changes, withdrawals, andresidence changes, monitoring and recording student attendance, and classroom assignments. Preparing necessary state and county statistical reports. Provide verbal and written translations, Spanish/English, as needed. Perform other related duties as required. REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: Equivalent to the completionof the twelfth grade; One (1) year of experience in general clerical work, preferably including experience in a school district; or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities.
