Fractional CFO

Role Overview
Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking a strategic Fractional CFO to provide senior-level financial leadership on a part-time or project basis. You'll partner with business leaders to strengthen financial performance, guide decision-making, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial strategies, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow plans.
- Analyze financial results and explain key trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting processes, and internal controls.
- Advise on growth initiatives, investments, financing, and cost management.
- Improve accounting and finance workflows in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
- Present clear, actionable financial recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Significant experience in senior finance or CFO roles.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and cash management.
- Experience advising executives or business owners across multiple functions.
- Proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make complex financial information accessible.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
