Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate, the ideal person will be comfortable handling payments, answering customer questions, and working with accounting-related processes.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and record payments from customers with a high level of accuracy.
• Process multiple forms of payment, including cash and credit card transactions, in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist customers with questions.
• Enter payment and account information into internal systems while maintaining complete and accurate records.
• Review invoices and related documentation to support proper financial processing.
• Communicate clearly and professionally regarding account details, payment activity, and general service inquiries.
• Balance daily receipts and help ensure all collected funds are documented correctly.
• Support office operations by performing clerical and accounting-related tasks as needed.
• Previous experience in customer service, clerical support, accounting, or a similar administrative role.
• Working knowledge of data entry practices with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Experience handling financial transactions such as cash payments, credit card payments, or invoice-related processing.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers in person, by phone, or through written correspondence.
• Basic accounting knowledge and the ability to maintain organized financial records.
• Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
